APPLE BROWN BETTY 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 apples, chopped
1/2 c. raisins

For crumb mixture, mix cracker crumbs and melted butter; set aside. For sugar mixture, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla; set aside. For apple mixture, mix chopped apples and raisins; set aside. Assembly: Grease a bowl that fits into the cooker. Start layering with 1/3 of the crumb mixture. Next, layer 1/2 of the apple mixture. Top that with sugar mixture. Repeat layers ending with crumbs on top. Cover the bowl with aluminum foil. Pour about 2/3 cup of water into the pressure cooker. Insert the rack and set bowl on top. Pressure cook for 15 minutes, starting when 15 pounds of pressure is reached. Cool at once. Serve with whipped cream.

had to add two cups and cook an additional 10 minutes. It is great! Not too sweet.
