Fish
Steak sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Biscuit mix or pancake mix
Peanut oil or substitute

Filet fish and cut in strips about size of French fries. Marinate several hours in steak sauce mixed with Tabasco sauce. Shake in bag with biscuit mix. Deep fry in oil. Serve hot or cold.
