1 stick butter 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-chocolate chips 1 pkg. mini marshmallows 1 c. crushed walnuts or substitute 1/2 c. dark raisins 1/2 c. yellow raisins or mixed raisins & nuts to make 1 cup 1 sm. pkg. coconut In a large pot, melt butter, then add chips, melt. Allow to cool about 5 minutes. Add rest of ingredients, mix well. Butter a glass pan, place a little coconut on bottom and sides and add mixture. Top with more coconut and press down. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into little squares then lick your fingers. The reason for the name: They use to make mixed color marshmallows. |
