PERFECT BROWNIES 
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate or sub. 3/4 c. cocoa & 1 tbsp. oil
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour

Melt chocolate in double boiler (not necessary for cocoa). Mix with remaining ingredients. Spread in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
