MOM'S PIE CRUST 
Double Crust Pie - not 2 singles for 2 singles double recipe below.

2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. cold milk

Place flour and salt into bowl. Stir with fork. Put oil into cup. Add milk. Do not stir. Pour liquid over flour. Stir lightly with fork. Roll out between waxed paper sheets dampen counter top so they don't slip.

SINGLE:

1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
3 tbsp. cold milk

For baked crust prick well with for. Bake at 475 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
