MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 1/2 c. cocoa 2 sticks butter 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. cake flour 1 1/2 c. coconut 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 jar marshmallow creme Blend sugar, cocoa and butter. Add eggs, one at a time, vanilla. Mix well. Add flour, coconut and pecans. Bake in large loaf pan (9 x 15) at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Spread jar of marshmallow creme over cake while it is hot. Then let cool to frost. FROSTING: 1 stick butter 1/2 c. canned milk (more if needed) 1 box xxx (confectioners) sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 c. cocoa |
