PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white Karo
3/4 stick butter, melted
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. maple syrup or pancake syrup
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Combine ingredients but do not beat. Pour into pie shell. Bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees, then reduce heat to 300 degrees and cook 45 minutes or until pie doesn't shake in center.
