1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients except nuts, and beat for 4 minutes. Add nuts, pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 loaf pans. Bake 50 to 55 minutes in pre-heated 350 degree oven. Frost with favorite frosting.
