QUICK SAUCY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 c. cut up cooked chicken or turkey (leftover, frozen, canned or deli chicken can be used)
2 (10 3/4 oz. ) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. Bisquick original or reduced-fat baking mix
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Heat oven to 450°F. Mix chicken, soup, vegetables, poultry seasoning and garlic salt in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Stir baking mix and milk until blended. Pour over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with parsley.

Bake 30 to 32 minutes or until crust is light golden brown.

Serves 8 to 10.
