CARAMEL ICING (QUICK) 
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. 10X sugar

Cook together butter and sugar, for about 2 minutes. Stir in very slowly 1/4 cup milk. Cool to lukewarm, then stir in 10X sugar little by little until right consistency is desired. May not need full amount of 10X sugar.
