TOMATO JELLY 
5 c. tomatoes (blended and strained)
5 c. sugar
Large box strawberry jello

Blend tomatoes and strain out seeds. Mix with sugar. Bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes. Add large box of strawberry jello. Stir until well mixed. Pour into jars and add wax. Can also be frozen without wax.

Not sure if there is an actual shelf life like regular jelly. I always kept mine in frig.
