LINGUINE WITH TOMATOES AND BASIL 
6 ripe tomatoes, cubed
1 lb. Brie, torn into bits
1 c. cleaned basil leaves
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 c. olive oil
Salt, pepper
2 lbs. linguine

Combine all ingredients except pasta in a large serving bowl and toss well. Let marinate for at least 2 hours, tossing occasionally. Cook pasta al dente and drain well. Toss with the sauce, correct seasonings and serve hot or at room temperature.
