BANANA SPLIT BARS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. maraschino cherries
2-3 extra ripe bananas, med. size, mashed

Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs. Add oil, pineapple, vanilla and bananas; mix well. Fold in cherries. Spread into sprayed 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes (test).
