AMISH SHOO FLY PIE 
2 unbaked 8" pie crusts
2 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix ingredients together until crumbs are formed. In a separate bowl mix syrup ingredients thoroughly. 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 1 c. hot water 1 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in hot water

Pour half syrup mixture into pie crust, add half of crumbs. Repeat with other pie crusts. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool.
