SHOO-FLY PIE CUPCAKE 
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar (brown or regular)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening

Mix these together. Set aside 1 cup mix for use later. Mix: 1 1/2 c. boiling water 1 tsp. baking soda

Combine with dry ingredients. Pour into cupcake papers about 3/4 full. Sprinkle, set aside crumb mixture onto cupcakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
