BUFFET CASSEROLE 
1 (14 1/2 oz.) pkg. Kraft macaroni & cheese dinner
1 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 cans condensed cream of celery soup
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. pimento, chopped
2 (3 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained

Prepare dinner as directed, except using 1 1/2 cups milk. Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add to prepared dinner with remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into 2 (2-quart) casseroles or 1 (3-quart) casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
