RICE AND MUSHROOM CASSEROLE | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. uncooked rice 1 can beef consomme soup, undiluted 1 can onion soup, undiluted 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped Melt butter and mix with other ingredients. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
