ROTEL CORN 
1/2 lb. bacon
2 lg. onions, chopped
3 toes garlic, minced or crushed
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 can Rotel tomatoes
2 c. white corn
2 c. white cream style corn

Wilt bacon; add onions, garlic, celery and bell pepper. Cook until onions are clear. Add tomatoes and corn. Cook for 20-30 minutes.
