ROTEL HAMBURGER 
1 1/2 lbs. ground round
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 lg. can tomatoes, cut up
1 sm. can Rotel

Brown meat; drain off excess fat. Add seasonings, onions, and bell pepper. Cook until tender. Add tomatoes, tomato juice, and rotel; mix well and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over rice or pasta. Serves 4.
