HAM AND SWISS BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 prepared pie crust, unbaked
1 c. half and half
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 c. cooked, cubed ham
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. fresh broccoli florets, blanched and well drained
1 tbsp. chopped green onion

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine half and half, eggs, dry mustard, and pepper. Set aside. Layer ham, cheese, broccoli, and onion in pie crust lined pan. Pour egg mixture over ham, cheese and broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minute or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes; cut into wedges.

NOTE: Frozen cut broccoli thawed and well drained may be substituted for fresh broccoli.
