SWISS BROCCOLI, BACON OR HAM
QUICHE
 
1 (9 inch) baked pie shell
Chopped broccoli or fresh cut
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. Half & Half or light cream
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese or cheddar
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Fill baked pie shell with broccoli and 3/4 can onions. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over onions and broccoli in shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes longer.
