SPICY HASH 
3 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can corned beef hash
4 tsp. green pickle relish
1/3 c. catsup
Dash Tabasco
Snipped parsley

1. In melted butter, in skillet, saute onion, until golden brown. Then stir in hash, relish, catsup and Tabasco. Cook, stirring occasionally 10 minutes.

2. Arrange hash on warm platter, sprinkle with parsley. Serve at once. Makes 4 servings.
