SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. spaghetti
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Italian sausage (sweet)
1 onion, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
Italian seasoning
1 lb. thick spaghetti sauce
2 lbs. Cheddar cheese, grated

Boil spaghetti until done. Brown beef with diced onions and seasonings. Brown sausage and stir into 1/2 inch pieces. Using a casserole dish (oblong) place spaghetti and meats in dish. Stir in 3/4 of the cheese, mix well. Pour sauce over the spaghetti and meats and cheese, mix in. Top with the remaining cheese. Place in oven at 350 degrees and bake for 1/2 hour.
