BURGER - RICE CASSEROLE 
Salt & pepper to taste
2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. celery, diced
1 pt. crushed tomatoes
1 c. onion, diced
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. bell pepper, diced
1 c. instant rice
1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash's herbs
10 oz. spaghetti sauce
Grated cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger in frying pan. Drain fat then return hamburger to pan. Add sugar, celery, onion, bell pepper and Mrs. Dash. Stir, then add salt and pepper, tomatoes and spaghetti sauce. Cover 25 minutes, then add rice.

Pour into 9 x 13 x 2 inch casserole dish and bake 20 minutes at 300 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top and bake until cheese melts in oven. Serves 10.
