EASY CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted

Mix all ingredients together with a fork in pie plate. Save 1/4 cup for the topping. Press and form crust with fingertips.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Blend all filling ingredients in blender. When thoroughly blended and creamy, pour into pie crust. Sprinkle saved topping on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
