1 pkg. yellow cake mix, reserve 1 c.
2 tbsp. oil
1 egg

Combine and press in 9 x 13 inch pan.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. white sugar
3 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. milk

Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until well mixed. Add eggs and 1 cup cake mix. Beat 1 minute. Add lemon juice and vanilla. On slow speed add milk. Beat until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake 45-55 minutes on 300 degree oven. When cool spread with favorite topping. Cherry pie filling, apple pie filling or other pie filling.
