PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE | |
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 stick real butter, melted 1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed Drain pineapple and reserve 1 cup and 3 tablespoons juice. Add water if necessary. Combine sugar and flour and stir in juice. Add cheese and pineapple. Spoon into greased 1 quart casserole. Combine butter and cracker crumbs and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. |
