OREO COOKIE CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Crush 28 Oreo cookies. Melt 1 stick butter and pour over cookies and mix. Pat in pan to make crust. Beat together confectioners sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip. Put it over crust as second layer. Mix 2 small instant chocolate pudding mix package with 3 cups milk. Put that as third layer. Spread 8 ounce Cool Whip on top. Put crushed Oreos over top (or quarter cookies and decorate.)
