1/2 c. butter, softened
28 Oreo's crushed
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, separated
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Mix butter and crushed Oreos together and press into 13 x 9 pan. Blend together cream cheese, 1/2 of Cool Whip and 1 cup confectioners sugar. Pour over cookie layer. Mix puddings and milk together and pour over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Garnish with shaved chocolate if desired. Refrigerate one hour or overnight.
