ARTICHOKE-POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 (14 oz. each) cans plain artichoke 2 (16 oz. each) cans sliced white potatoes 1 (8 oz.) jar roasted peppers 1 c. Parmesan cheese 2 c. flavored bread crumbs 1 c. oil 2 sm. cans sliced black olives 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Drain artichokes, potatoes, peppers and olives. Cut up peppers and artichokes. Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Tastes better if mixed a day ahead and let sit. Bake before serving. |
