GAZPACHO 
2 c. tomatoes, diced
1 c. each cucumber, green pepper & celery, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
4 c. tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. chives
4-6 tbsp. wine vinegar
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1-2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8-10 dashes Tabasco sauce

Mix well. Cover. Chill overnight. Suggestion: Vegetable can be chopped in processor. To Serve: Serve with ice cold bowls. Dollop with 1/2 teaspoon sour cream.
