CURRIED CHICKEN AND RICE 
Chicken
Onion
1 1/2 tbsp. curry
2 c. brown rice
1 tsp. salt
Flour

Fry chopped onion in oil. Dredge chicken in flour and brown in same oil. Sprinkle curry on chicken. Add brown rice and salt to baking pan. Add chicken on top of rice (including onions, oil, curry mixture from bottom of pan). Pour 6 cups boiling water over chicken and rice. Bake at 375 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours.
