ROCKY ROAD FUDGE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
3 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. salted cocktail peanuts

Using a double boiler, melt together both packages of chips. When chips are melted, stir in peanut butter and the cocktail peanuts.

Remove from the heat and stir in mini-marshmallows. Mix together and spread in a buttered 13 x 9 pan. Chill 2-4 hours. Enjoy.
