I have never liked peanut butter cookies but these are AWESOME!!! Delicious and perfectly peanut buttery, not too hard and not too soft. You would never guess they are made without flour. This is the only pb cookie recipe I will ever use again!

These were great! But they were very filling and their time was way longer then expected it took around 21-22 minutes and they weren't even that thick but make sure you spread them apart widely and you make them high enough because they reduce in size rapidly and if you put them to low they'll become too thin and if you put them too close together they'll stick together and become one bug cookie but its still an okay recipe ....

Pretty good! My son added peanut butter chips to them... yummy! Had to bake them about 12 min. I flattened ours our with the old-fashioned criss-cross fork pattern before baking.

Being gluten and dairy free these are great. Try using parchment paper and they won't burn on the bottom. Leave them on the cookie sheet to cool for 2 minutes then remove to a rack.

I don't understand these great reviews. I tried the recipe but they were flat, burned on the bottom, then as they cooled they got hard around the edges and toffee like in the center. I baked them for the time specified. What could I have done different? But the taste was good, I mean, how can you go wrong with peanut butter and sugar??

I have used this recipe for years, the only reason I did not give out a five is because I had to change the oven temp to 425°F. That is the temp I have used all along. Also if you let the cookies cool for a few minutes before removing them from the cookie sheet they won't fall apart so easily.
