Great recipe for small children to make! 3 cups smooth Jif Peanut Butter 1 1/4 cups sugar 1 cup brown sugar 3 eggs white sugar, for topping Mix all ingredients until well blended. Drop by teaspoons onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Dip fork in extra sugar and make imprint on each cookie, being sure each cookie has sprinkling of sugar on tops. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes and cool for 10 minutes before moving to plate. Submitted by: LJR | |
