SINGLE PIE CRUST 
1 1/3 c. sifted regular flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco
3 tbsp. water

Mix with pastry blender or 2 knives. Mixture should be fairly coarse. Work into firm ball with hands. Roll dough in circle 1 1/2 inch larger than inverted pie plate.
