HONEY CREME WALDORF SALAD

1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. orange juice

Beat together with mixer. Stir in 1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding.

Toss together:

4 c. chopped apples
1 c. celery
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. raisins

Mix with honey creme dressing. Serves 8.
