SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
1 c. long horn cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. butter

Cook potatoes in jackets, peel, grate potatoes. Take 1/4 cup butter; heat butter and cheese. Remove from stove and add sour cream,. (Have sour cream at room temperature.) Sprinkle onion powder over potatoes; add mixture. Bake 25- 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Dot with butter.
