SOUR CREAM POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes
1 stick butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash cayenne

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and cut potatoes into small cubes. Heat soup and butter in saucepan until butter is melted. Add sour cream. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon into 9 x 13 inch buttered casserole dish.

Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake 45 minutes. (You may freeze before baking.)
