SOUR CREAM POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes
2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. butter
2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green onion
2 tbsp. butter

Boil diced potatoes; cool. Melt butter and cheese. Stir in sour cream. Combine rest of ingredients except 2 tablespoons butter. Pour in buttered casserole. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
