GRILLED PORK TENDERLOINS 
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
2 lbs. pork tenderloins

Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over pork tenderloins. Marinate several hours. Barbecue over moderate heat rotating often. Slice into medallions. Serves 4 to 6.
