RHUBARB CRISP 
3 c. rhubarb, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 c. sugar
1 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Place rhubarb in a buttered casserole. Add half the sugar. Blend other ingredients and remaining sugar with pastry blender until crumbly. Sprinkle the mixture on top of rhubarb. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm.
