GOLDEN APPLE RHUBARB CRUNCH 
3 c. peeled & sliced Golden Delicious apples
2 c. diced rhubarb
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar, tightly packed
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
Whipped cream or ice cream

Combine apples and rhubarb in a 2 quart glass baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine flour, sugar, oats, cinnamon and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Spoon over fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, or until fruit is tender. Serves 6.
