PEAR HONEY 
9 c. crushed pears
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon

Combine all ingredients in a large pan and boil until thick enough to spread. Mixture must be stirred constantly while cooking. When ready, mixture will splatter and pop. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal. Yield: about 5 pints. This is good on hot biscuits or toast.
