MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa 1 c. butter 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream ICING: 1/2 c. butter 1 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla Beat butter for 30 seconds; add sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beat well after each egg. Beat in flour and cocoa; stir in pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Spread marshmallow cream over cake. Spread icing over cake. |
