MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil or 2 sticks butter
4 eggs
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. nuts
1 lg. jar marshmallow cream

Cream sugar, eggs, and butter. Sift flour and cocoa. Then add to first mixture. Now add vanilla, coconut, and nuts. Put in 9 x 13 pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Spread marshmallow cream while hot. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 lb. powdered sugar
1 stick butter, room temperature
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients except powdered sugar. Add powdered sugar until desired thickness is reached.
