BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. blueberries

Cream butter and sugar for at least five minutes. Add eggs and cream well. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Add vanilla and berries.

CRUNCH FOR TOP OF MUFFINS:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Combine and cut together until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter before cooking. Bake muffins 30 minutes at 350 degrees in well greased tins. Makes 12 large muffins.
