SWEET AND SOUR BRUSSELS SPROUTS 
1 lg. pkg. frozen brussels sprouts
1 1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
Pepper
Parmesan cheese

Cook brussels sprouts. Place in casserole in single layer. Do not stack.

Blend oil, vinegar, and sugar. Heat. Pour over brussels sprouts. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Heat in oven at 275 degrees for 20 minutes covered.
