SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 lg. sweet potatoes, cooked
2 c. sliced apples
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. butter

Layer sliced, cooked sweet potatoes, apples and marshmallows in a greased 9 x 9 inch dish. Mix sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch. Sprinkle over top. Dot with butter. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
