SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. water
1 med. onion, grated
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. pepper
Sprinkle of allspice
Sprinkle of nutmeg

GRAVY:

Beef bouillon cubes
Cornstarch

Combine all ingredients. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Drop into 2 to 3 inches of boiling water and cook about 5 minutes, or until done. When all cooked, add several bouillon cubes to water and thicken with cornstarch for gravy. Serve gravy over meatballs.
